The Post Budget Webinar 2026–27 focuses on the theme “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas – Fulfilling Aspirations of People.” The session highlights key announcements related to education, skills, and university townships, followed by an address by the Hon’ble Prime Minister.

The Bootcamp on Problem Solving and Ideation, organized by the Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE), Institute of Technology, University of Kashmir, was held on 18 February 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Department of ECE, Block A, Institute of Technology, Zakura Campus, Srinagar.

The program aims to create awareness about cybersecurity, cyber hygiene practices, and responsible use of Internet and Artificial Intelligence in the digital age. The session will educate participants on safe online behaviour, data protection, ethical AI usage, and emerging cyber threats to promote a secure and responsible digital ecosystem.

Idea Pitch Day, under the IDEA GRANT (Student Innovator) Scheme, is a competitive platform where students present their innovative ideas before an expert panel for evaluation and funding support up to 1 Lakh . The event aims to identify promising concepts and transform them into viable prototypes through structured mentoring and incubation assistance.

The 10-Day Intensive Bootcamp Training Program is designed for selected students competing in Brick Laying and Electrical Installation at the Regional Level of the India Skills Competition 2025. The program delivers focused hands-on training, expert guidance, and simulation-based practice aligned with competition standards. Participants refine technical precision, safety practices, speed, and workmanship to achieve excellence at the regional stage.

The India AI Impact Summit 2026: 20-Day Pre-Summit AI Bootcamp was organized by the Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE), Institute of Technology, University of Kashmir, at the Seminar Hall, Block C, Zakura Campus, Srinagar from 20 January 2026 to 08 February 2026. The bootcamp focused on building foundational and applied Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities among students and faculty of higher education institutions.

India Skill Competition 2026 was successfully hosted at our institution, bringing together talented participants from across the country to showcase their technical expertise, innovation, and professional excellence. The event served as a platform to promote skill development, industry readiness, and a spirit of healthy competition.
